At VilleVilla, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your home and décor selections. If your purchase doesn't quite fit your space, we are here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, undamaged, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Please email our support team at Support@villevilla.com to initiate your return request.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package back.

  3. Shipping: Please use a tracked shipping service for your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt at our facility, your item will be inspected. Once approved, we will process your refund.

Note: No restocking fees apply.

Refunds

Once your returned package is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of our receipt and approval of the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@villevilla.com.

To expedite your request, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item/issue

  • A brief description of the problem

For verified defective or incorrect items, you will receive a full refund, and no return shipping is required.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at Support@villevilla.com as soon as possible. We can only process cancellations if the request is made before the order has been processed or dispatched.
